Calgary Fitness Bootcamp training versus traditional Gym training

Calgary Fitness Bootcamp 2Here in Calgary, we have quite a few options available when it comes to getting in shape, getting lean toned muscles and burning fat. There are many possible routes to optimal health and fitness.  For instance, you could

  • Start working out on your own
  • Hire a personal trainer
  • Enroll in a Gym or Fitness club

Or, you could choose to be different and enroll yourself in Calgary Fitness Bootcamp.

Each option has its pros and cons. You have to be highly self-motivated and disciplined to start training on your own. I know this is not an easy option for many of you.  Most people have proven that they need an outside “push” or motivation to get their workouts done.

You may be charged up with motivation, zeal, and energy for a few days but then “life” gets in the way, you start getting bored, and things go off track.  If this is the situation, you could hire a private personal trainer in Calgary to keep you on track and motivated.

Hiring a personal trainer is a great option but not everyone can afford the price tag. Personal trainers charge from $80 to anywhere around $300 or more for a one hour training session.  If a personal trainer is right for you, try check out FRESH! Fitness in Calgary.  They have a guarantee on their results, plus they do 30 minute training sessions that will get you twice the results in half the time of a traditional trainer.  Plus the 30 minute sessions are much cheaper so you can train more often!

Outside of training and doing it on your own, we are left with the options of Gyms or joining a Calgary Fitness Bootcamp!

I am not against gyms. In fact, Gyms are great option for people who know what they are doing, are self motivated, and have proven they can do things on their own.  Gyms have also played an important role in helping promote fitness and health all over the world.

But gym training has its downsides. If you are thinking of joining a gym or a fitness club to get in shape, read on because I have some very good information for you that might make you change your decision.

I’d love to see you in shape, would love to see you reach your fitness goals. But, I’d also like to see you do it the right way. If you had a better option available…would you choose a Gym for your weight training or go for the better option?

I firmly believe that for many people, joining a fitness bootcamp program surpasses all the benefits the traditional Gyms offer. Here are my top 4 reasons to choose a fitness bootcamp than to join a Gym…
